We do not directly provide services
We facilitate connections and bookings only
Service execution is the responsibility of the Service Expert

Email address
Address/location
You agree to:
Provide accurate and updated information
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
Be responsible for all activities under your account
Localyour may suspend or terminate accounts for false information or misuse.
4. Service Requests & Booking Process
Users can submit service requests through the Platform
Localyour will connect you with available Service Experts
Confirmation of service depends on Service Expert availability
Important:
Acknowledgment of your request does not guarantee service fulfillment.
5. Pricing, Payments & Fees
You agree to pay:
Service charges
Visiting/inspection fees (if applicable)
Material costs (if applicable)
Platform or convenience fees
Applicable taxes
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways.
Localyour reserves the right to:
Modify pricing with prior notice
Suspend services for non-payment
6. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is allowed before service confirmation
After confirmation, cancellation may attract visiting charges
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees
7. User Responsibilities
You agree NOT to:
Provide false or misleading information
Bypass the platform to deal directly with Service Experts
Misuse, damage, or abuse Service Experts or their equipment
Upload harmful content (viruses, malware, illegal material)
Violate any applicable laws
Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.
8. Service Expert Interaction Disclaimer
Service Experts are independent professionals, not employees of Localyour
Localyour does not guarantee quality, safety, or legality of services
Any disputes regarding service quality must be reported to us
We will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolution.
9. User Content & Feedback
By submitting reviews, feedback, or content:
You grant Localyour a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it
Content may be used for marketing, improvement, and operations
You agree that:
Feedback must be honest and not misleading
Public content may be visible to others
10. Intellectual Property
All rights related to:
Website/app design
Content, graphics, branding
Technology and software
Are owned by Localyour or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.
11. Refund Policy
Refunds are:
Evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Processed after internal review
Localyour reserves the right to determine refund eligibility.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”.

Service availability at all times

Service quality issues by Service Experts
Direct or indirect damages
Loss of data, profit, or reputation
Delays, interruptions, or technical failures
Your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold Localyour harmless from:
Claims arising from your use of the Platform
Violations of these Terms
Infringement of third-party rights

For fraudulent or suspicious activity
You may also delete your account at any time.
